About "Change" Event in a dynamic action.

HI,

Application Express 5.1.1.00.08.

I have set a dynamic action on "Discount" item to set the value of "Discount_Unit" to '%' when "Discount" is changed.

What happens is it fires when I run the page when the "Discount" has no value to change.

Why does it fire on page load and there is no value changed in "Discount" item?
