Abnormal program termination error.

Hi all.

I am installing oracle10g database in oracle linux at VMware server cosole.
When the time of completion the following error appear:

Abnormal program termination. An internal error has
occured. Please provide the following files to Oracle
Support:

"/home/oracle/oraInventory/logs/installActions2010-08-
08_04-45-37PM.log"
"home/oracle/oraInventory/logs/oraInstall2010-08-
08_04-45-37PM.err"
"home/oracle/oraInventory/logs/oraInstall2010-08-
08_04-45-37PM.out"

Please let me know how to correct by steps and how i need to start the database installation again?
