Abnormal program termination

When i try to install oracle 10g enterprise edition, its throwing error.

OS:windows 7 enterprise edition.

Abnormal program termination.An internal error has occured. Please provide the following files to Oracle Support.

"unknown"
"unknown"
"unknown"

I tried using the setup.exe and oui.exe files

please help.
