Abnormal end of export file error during imp in oracle 10gR2

Hi All,

I have an issue during oracle imp.

*. . importing table "144"
IMP-00009: abnormal end of export file
IMP-00018: partial import of previous table completed: 39409 rows imported
IMP-00017: following statement failed with ORACLE error 1013:
"BEGIN SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION.SET_IMP_SKIP_INDEXES_OFF; END;"
IMP-00003: ORACLE error 1013 encountered
ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation
IMP-00017: following statement failed with ORACLE error 3114:
"BEGIN SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION.SET_IMP_SKIP_INDEXES_OFF; END;"
IMP-00003: ORACLE error 3114 encountered
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully*

Source : Windows 2003 server/Oracle 10gR2
Target : Windows 2003 server/Oracle 10gR2

file was moved from source to TSM and from TSM to target. Schema size is 50gb and the table named 144 and size is 48gb is getting failed during imp.
What will be the reason and possible solutions. Thanks.
