Have a smart form in OFS that is tied to a WACS Service History be able to be saved in OFS when an activity is suspended. This way a person can complete the forms in OFS but in instances where they don't finish all the work meaning some forms or not a completely filled out form, haven't been completed so the next time they come to fill out the remaining form or another form the others are still there that can be filled out and then when the activity is fully completed then they all can be sent to WACS.
