Ability to Configure Next Status in Lifecycle's BO (Change Request)

Would be nice to be able to take Approved records back to Created status. Currently can only Apply or Cancel. If a Stock Item is added and Approved, but is a duplicate of an existing Stock Item, Applying or Canceling the Change Request will prevent the incorrect/duplicate Stock Item from ever being deleted.
