So i had an old instance which was intel and i didn't realise that i needed an a1.flex. So I went and change that windows 22 instance from e3.flex to a1 but its not availble. then i went and created a whole new account under a new email and i even upgraded but i click on virtual machine, then ampere and i see the vm.standard.a1.flex but i cannot tick the box.
i messaged support, but they told me to come here. it's weird that i will pay you for the windows licence so i will pay for the service and buy the service.
