A solaris script that will show total used memory , disk space and cpu load

Hi there ....

i need help from the experts, my company has four solaris servers ( two V240 and V440) sun fire type and they need me to develop a scripts for all these servers that will run every one hours perday starting from 0000 - 23:59 and generate a text file for each day....

Can any on help plzzzzzzzzzz...
