A question about Oracle VM.

Hello Dear friends.

How are you?

I downloaded Oracle VM and like to work with it but I guess it is based on Xen Hypervisor. Am I right? If yes then why Oracle never try to Develop Xen and add more features to it and like to have its own Hypervisor? Excuse me if my question is silly or...
