Hi Oracle expert,
I have a problem in my oracle database. I am currently running Oracle 12c with ASM. I am now getting the following errors when I tried to stop the oracle database and also tried to use srvctl command.

Can you please advise what to cause this issue and how to fix it? Many thanks for your help in advance.
