There is a problem in Oracle APEX after updating to a new version

I have a problem in APEX after updating the version from 21.2 to 24.2.6. After the update, an error occurs when I try to save a public report in the Interactive Grid across all workspaces and applications. The error is:

"Ajax call returned server error ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_240200.IG_RPT_COL_PK) violated for ajax_dispatch_request."

I have not found any solution for this.

Can anyone please help me with this problem?
