A good book/tutorial to start learning PLSQL/SQL

Hi Guys,

There are millions of books and tutorials available on the web but I need guidance form you so as to any book or tutorial I can start to learn PLSQL.

Please also note my sql skills are not that great.

Seeking guidance from all Gurus and Experts.

I am more than happy to buy that book but need really a cool resource from I can learn everything.Pretty much A to Z.
