A column value has comma which leads to different column while export into CSV file

msbJul 9 2014 — edited Jul 9 2014

Hi All,

I have few columns which needs to be generated as CSV file. The problem is in one of the column value has comma in it. so it creates a two seperate column in CSv file.

For example:

Column name: description.

Value: Bumper,seat cushion

But while export into CSV file, it gives me Bumper as one column and Seat cushion in second column.

I am using Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production

Appreciate your help.

Thanks

Suresh
