9i install on RedHat 7.1 from technet download

I am trying to install on a RedHat 7.1 system ORACLE 9i
downloaded from technet. I cannot gunzip the first file though -
I get:

gunzip: Linux9i_Disk1.cpio.gz: invalid compressed data--format
violated

The file seems to be incomplete. Anyone has any idea of where I
could get the right archive? Oracle should also know about this,
but I don't know how to contact them.
