9i Developer suite on Oracle 10g

Hello ....i have installed Oracle 10g on my machine & i am using it from last 2 months & it is working fine..

Now i wanted to practice Forms .....so i installed Oracle 9i Developer Suite .... so is there any issue or clash in the version .... bcoz m unable to Use Forms ... but my reports are running fine...

& .. my IP address is DHCP enabled ....is it like that or what ..that Oracle Forms will run only on STATIC IP enabled machines...???
