6i_nt mm60.map(0): "..File_Not_Found" Error

DBA'S,
While installing Oracle Forms on nt/w2k/XP an error information window comes up with "mm60.map(0): File_Not_Found while mapping mm60". After clicking 'ok' the installation stops. This has come up on three windows platforms. Any info on this issue would be much appreciated. I'm thinking corrupted files in the \\win32\or dir, but I have no idea. Thanks for any help. D'Artanyon
