500 Internal Server Error when using APEX Search with Oracle Database 23c Free .

Steps to reproduce.

  1. Download and run Oracle Database 23c Free - Developer Release VirtualBox Appliance.
  2. Create a new workspace.
  3. Create a new empty application using wizard.
  4. Search something using APEX Builder global search.

The result is the same with APEX 23.1.
