Integration

Hi Experts,

I'm in a newbie in application server administration and i would like to discuss one of the critical errors which i have been facing on the webserver, "500 Internal Server Error".

My environment is as follows :

I have 4 SOA application server's (10.1.3.1.0) with two of them as webserver ( Apache) server which are in DMZ zone and the other two as SOA middle tier server's( J2ee, SOA Suite, Web services). The OS is Sun Solaris 5.10 Blade server T6320; the application is offcourse java based with OC4J containers and BPEL and other components; i would like to mention that i do have a dehydration database which is located on DB- Tier on an HA-cluster.

I have almost 600 - 1000 no. of user's connecting on application server. My system's health with regards to CPU / Memory is normal; however am unable to understand the cause of 500 Internal server error as this error may appear in both peak / off-peak hours.
