Hi Team

I'm getting an error using the Forms Single Page Master-Detail Wizard in APEX 5.1

The error is

Unable to create master detail page. ORA-02091: transaction rolled back ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_050100.REGION_COL_NAME_UK) violated

I include an animation, hopefully it'll help
