I am sometimes encountering HTTP error 422 when creating DocumentReference for R4 POST https://fhir-ehr.cerner.com/r4/00a074df-768e-479f-9c8c-52c5c5bbe010/DocumentReference
This happens intermittently only on R4 (it was not an issue on DSTU2).
Can you provide insight into what might be the root cause of this error?
