404 Not Found error in ORDS using Tomcat server

Hi,

I am getting a weird error with my apex application (Application Express 19.2.0.00.18) running on the Oracle Cloud using Tomcat server. ORDS_PUBLIC_USER, ORDS_METADATA, APEX_PUBLIC_USER, APEX_REST_PUBLIC_USER accounts are unlocked and open. I have restarted the tomcat server a few times but static images and other files (js, css) are not displaying. The image url is - https://mysystem.com/ords/prk_prod/r/220/files/static/v8/logo_icaap.png and it throws the following error, see the screenshot.

The request could not be mapped to any database. Check the request URL is correct, and that URL to database mappings have been correctly configured

Any help or suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
