Deep MondalMar 20 2025 — edited Mar 20 2025

Description:

I am encountering a 404 Not Found error while accessing an Oracle APEX page. The error message displayed is:

  • HTTP Status Code: 404
  • Request ID: fd0165a82c4f63acd9016533bd98b92f
  • Request Timestamp: 2025-03-20T05:10:42.040187846Z

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Oracle APEX.
  2. Attempt to access the specific page/application.
  3. The error page appears instead of the expected content.

Additional Details:

  • APEX Version: 24.1.7
  • Autonomous Database version : 19c
  • Expected Behavior: The page should load normally.
  • Observed Behavior: The system throws a 404 error.

Request:

Could you please help identify the cause of this issue? Is it related to missing privileges, incorrect URL mapping, or a server-side issue?

The OCI location is in Jeddah and the Oracle Cloud Autonomous database of load type APEX is already running. @racktim-guin .
