404 error unable to connect to any database with APEX 24.1

Hi everyone,

Today I installed APEX 24.1, with Patch 36695709 on a new DB 19c

I also installed ords-24.1.0.108.0942

All was fine during installation

And APEX 24.1.6 is VALID in DBA_REGISTRY

I copied my ords.war in TomCat (Version Apache Tomcat 10.1.7) folder as I did previously with APEX 20.2 and ORDS 19.2

And transformed them with jakartaa tool to be compatible with TomCat10 as I did previously with APEX 20.2 and ORDS 19.2

However, when I try now to access http://192.10.7.8:8085/ords

I am redirect to http://192.10.7.8:8085/ords/_/landing

I never got this kind of issue previously with APEX20.2 (ORDS 19.2) with same DB Version, Same server, Same Tomcat and Same Java (JDK 11.0.25) and I don't know what to do to fix this. Only changes are APEX and ORDS versions

Does anyone have any idea?
