Greetings one and all - great to be a member here. I've just started taking an Oracle SQL class via Udemy and as part of that class we have to request a new workspace through Apex so's we can get learning/developing. So far so good...I did that, got the initial setup done and received an email stating that my workspace request had been approved. I clicked on the "Create Workspace" link in the email and that's when I arrived at a web page with the subject line error in it. Under the line with "403 Forbidden" is another line saying "2020-05-26T00:07:41.741Z | 005dc7YKNNgFw0KimTtlWJ0006gO0001w3"
I'm using Chrome as my browser - I get the same error in IE too. I did research the error but the explanations/cures I found were way over my head technically and not seemingly relevant to my issue. I've been a programmer for many a year but not in this arena so if anyone would like to explain what to do in "complete idiot" terms then I will not be in the least bit offended as, in this, I am wholly ignorant and I own that. I just upgraded this laptop from Windows 7 pro to 10 pro, in case that plays a part here...but this is the only area in which I've had a problem so far....hopefully it's just a local setting I need to change to allow me access so's I can get on with my class.
Thank you for your consideration....
