4 way multi master replication?

With the dsee in the past I have done mulit-master replication with 2 servers, pretty easy. Now i have 4 masters. What are the basic steps, or recommended steps, to set up replication among all 4 of them? Moreover will I have 16 replication agreements? And whats the order of initialization?
