4.4 tcc.exe client arguments

807578Jan 24 2008 — edited Jan 24 2008
Hi,

I am trying to run the SGD windows client exe on my machine and provide it with an argument that tells it which sgd server to use.

The shortcuts to the applications that the client creates in the start menu are of the format shown below, which suggests that such arguments exist. Unfortunately the "-profile" argument does not seem to work, and the user is prompted to type in the address of the sgd server.

"C:\Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Temp\tcc\4.40.907\tcc.exe" -profile "sgdserver.domain.com::Default" -application ".../_ens/o=applications/cn=Notepad"

Does anyone know a way to make this work? Or even some way to point tcc.exe to a profile.xml.

Thanks in advance.
