4.2 Translate "Please wait seconds to login again" and "Popup Calendar;"

Hi,

APEX 4.2

I'm in to process of converting some applications to 4.2
Still 2 small issues left :

On the login screen there is a login throttle which makes you wait 5, 10, 15 etc seconds after a failed login. The errror is in English, where could I translate that one.
The message is :
Please wait xx seconds to login again

Also there is a new icon for the calendar with a standard generated tooltip/alt text which I don't know where to translate :
"Popup Calendar: <<Item label>>"
