3c589c driver & NeoMagic 2200 driver

Hello,

Can anyone tell me where I can find the driver for the 3c589C 3com networkcard? According to the supported list, there must be one somewhere....
Then, I have a NeoMagic 2200 videocard in the same Laptop. Anyone has a suggestion for that?
The OS is Solaris 8, for Intel of course.
