3400 Segmentation violation dis4adm.exe Error
Hi All,
One of the customers tries to run adupdeul.sh which ends in the following error.

I have searched for the "3400 Segmentation violation" in the knowledge base but couldn't find any references.
Customer was on Discoverer 4.1.48.06 and upgraded to 4.1.48.08.
Following are the patches that customer applied recently.
Patch 3451630 DISCOVERER PATCH VERSION 4.1.48.08.00 ADMIN DESKTOP ONEOFF PATCH.
Patch 3622870 APPS: FIX FOR SECURE CONNECTION BUG 3559523 ON ADMIN/DESKTOP.
May I request for your inputs please.
