32k limit

Hello everyone,

Now that APEX 5.1 EA is available, I wonder if the 32k CLOB limit problem has been solved, or we must continue to rely on the excellent plugin created by Dan McGhan (thank you Dan).

The drawback being that this plugin must be updated to match the Apex version.
