32k block size

hi all,

TOday i was not able to create tablespace with 32k block size when i was in office.

I have oracle 10gR2 with Windows 2003 32bit.

I interacted with friend as per him we cannt create 32k block size on 32bit windows...

IS HE RIGHT ABOUT THIS???
