32 bit Instant client does not load if 32 and 64 bit Full clients have been previously installed on

I the startup of the application we have a line like this in the .bat file

SET PATH=.;lib\instantclient_12_2;%PATH%

This works on machines that do not have Full Clients

If I remove the reference to instant client from the SET PATH, it will find the 32 bit full client.

If this should be in different area of forum let me know and I'll move it there.
