32 bit Ghostscript 8.63 doesn't install on a 64 bit machine

Hi all,
We have a 64 bit server where I am planning to install Financial Reporting which is a 32 bit application and according to Oracle, it should support the 32 bit applciation. I downloaded 32 bit Ghostscript 8.63 to work with the 32 bit Financial Reporting but when I try to install the Ghostscript, it doesn't run complaining that the ghostscript is not a valid win32 application. Can 64 bit Ghostscript 8.63 work with the 32 bit Financial Reporting.
