30EA4 - Some minor things

There are some early observations on ODM 11R2, that are of the supporting documentation.

1. Installation Instructions
The file that contains the installation scripts, does not work. I’ve downloaded it a few times and each time I try to open it, I get told that it is not a valid archive file.

2. OBE Tutorial documentation
The Release notes webpage (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/options/odm/dataminerworkflow-168677.html) says that the OBE tutorials download should contain 2 tutorials. The file that I downloaded only contained 1 file (ODM11gR2.htm). It did not contain ODM11gR2-StarMining.htm.
