3004-630 cannot open /etc/security/.idlck on AIX OS

Hi Guru's,

I know that this question is related to OS. But if someone from you help me out over the same as i don't have any assistance of AIX system admin.

When i try to create oracle user by using smit security on AIX OS getting error as

3004-630 cannot open /etc/security/.idlck

Please help me over the same if anyone of you face similar problem.
