Trying to get mcp server running. Following instructions here

open copilot. set to agent mode, click settings
But in settings theres no sqlcl or mcp, is there something that needs to be enabled?
Tried deinstall the extension/ reintall + restarted vscode. Have multiple connections available.
Can open a connection, right click on it and open sqlcl so I know thats there but its just not coming up when I open the settings in copilot. Ive only got 32 options in the settings, it seems you have 36… am I missing a step?
