[20.2] record macro broken?

Hi all,

Does Record Macro work in 20.2 for anyone? I have it configured as follows:

When I press F11, the tool does nothing. When I press F12 it says "no recorded keystrokes to play".

Macro recording worked fine for me in the previous version.

P.S. and thanks Oracle for resetting keyboard shortcuts, it's so exciting to setup them once again.
