2 or 3 nodes RAC ??

Hi,
We are planning to build new 10g OCFS2 RAC on RedHat Linux ES 4.0 with EMC data storage.

Can anyone tell me I should build on 2 nodes RAC or 3 nodes RAC? which option is better?
