19.2 additional outputs for Popup LOV's problem?

I'm using new "additional outputs" functionality in 19.2 for Popup LOV's.

All works as expected when I click on the popup LOV and select the value, the corresponding, additional fields are populated as expected and they are saved to the database.

However, when re-open the form only the main value is queried and the additional values are set to NULL.
