hi all,
installed Oracle 18c XE database on Windows 10, after completion i rebooted my machine, wait to start the Services and then tried connecting with both Container and Plugable instances ( which should available by Default )
i can connect to main Container DB but can't Plugable, also checked entry XEPDB1 in tnsnames.ora but not present. screenshot is here below:
please help what i am missing or dowing wrong?
