17.4 Unable to See Explain Plan Results (F10)

In 17.4, when I use the F10 key - I should see the Explain Plan results. Instead, the Explain Plan window pops up and I see an empty data grid. If I try F10 again, I get a message: "Commit prior transaction".

I opened 17.3.1. When I use F10 - I get the desired Explain Plan results. I can also type F10 again and regenerate the explain plan without the "Commit prior transaction" message.

Anyone else seeing this issue in the latest release?
