I have a new install of 13c OEM in a 12.2 db. The OEM/OMS installl completed with no errors (in the GUI) The OMS box is separate from the database server. It appears to be running:

I received the links, etc. at the end of the install as though all was good. However, when I try to connect to any of the web links, they just time out. I installed the diagnostics agent. When I try to run "db.sh startweb", it appears to start. I see the process for it. However I cannot connect to the domain/port that it provides either. I assume it is the same issue. There is nothing in webui.log or webui_startup.err that helps. My first thought was that it is some sort of firewall issue. I have selinux set to permissive
I have not found a similar issue in my searches. I have been unable to find anything in the logs, /var/logs, etc. that help me get an idea of what is going on. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thanks.
