12c Setup failing.

Hello All,

I am trying to do a local setup of 12c on my machine. I have downloaded fmw_12.2.1.0.0_wcsites_generic.jar. When I run this jar, I am getting error on installation location step.

Whatever loc i gave its giving me below error:-

INST-07551: Not all dependent featuresets for install type "WebCenter Sites" could be found. The following prerequisites were found to be missing:

em_fmc - 12.2.1.0.0

Can any body tell me if I have to di anything before running this jar??

I have also tried to run fmw_12.2.1.0.0_infrastructure.jar but this jar not executing at all.
