I am very frustrated of setting up the servers to get the things done. Please help
Business Scenario:
- Scan a ton of invoices
- Extract useful information from the invoices as metadata
- Save the image to content server with the metadata
Environment:
- Webcenter Content 12c
- Webcenter Content Enterprise Capture 12c
Questions:
- How can I upload the scanned document from Capture to WCC, on behalf of the Capture client?
I have configured Capture to scan documents and upload to WCC, but it uploads on behalf of my admin account...... - How can I upload the scanned document to specific folder of WCC, which can be determined by the document type?
- Where can I configure the form recognition?
I read that Form Recognition is required to extract information from the invoice as metadata.
However, I cannot find where I can configure it. The WCC 12c document doesn't even mention about "Form Recognition", while the download page of Form Recognition directs me to download WCC lol
