12c database TNSListener Not Starting in Windows

Hi All,

Listener is showing bellow error, Yesterday is working fine, after restating machine is not working.

Pls let me know how to resolved it with out creating new Listener,Some Application is running based on that listener port 1521.  I configured IP  Address correctly in listener .ora

The OracleOraDB12Home1TNSListener service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.

From commend prompt showing error.

C:\>lsnrctl start
