12c database installation issue

Hi There,

After launching 12c database (64-bit software on Windows 7) Windows installer and ignoring the MOS email id supply page getting the following error in the log file that gets generated in the %TEMP% directory:

The launcher itself throws an error as below:

Cause - Failed to access the temporary location. Action - Ensure that the current user has required permissions to access the temporary location.

Additional Information:

- Framework setup check failed on all the nodes - Cause: Cause Of Problem Not Available - Action: User Action Not Available Summary of the failed nodes bdc7-l-bwpz5z1 - Version of exectask could not be retrieved from node "bdc7-l-bwpz5z1" - Cause: Cause Of Problem Not Available - Action: User Action Not Available

This is not helping us proceed with the installation. Can you please help understand the cause?
