Few minutes back it was working fine but all of a sudden it started giving me the following error
This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f?p=4550:10:0::::: has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

I am able to log in to my application as an end user.
I am using version 4.1. I tried clearing cookies but still did not resolve.
I am in the middle of critical component development. If I can not access my workspace then all my work is going to be lost..
Please help. I have 11g Express edition and in installed 4.1 on top of that.
