12.2 Client generating huge trace files

Hi All,

I have a 12.2 client installed on my local machine, for some reasons I am seeing huge trace files(around 200gb) being generated. I use Toad to connect to DB.

Toad Version: 13.0.0.8.0

I can't seem to understand if actually the Oracle client is generating these huge files or Toad? Any inputs are appreciated of how to disable this.
