11g TSPITR issue

Hi all,

i'm facing below mentioned issue when i do restore and recover a tablespace. Could any one help me to recover

ORA-19504: failed to create file "/rman/SHFLCLN/oradata"
ORA-27056: could not delete file
IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 1: Operation not permitted
