11g starting services

Hi,

just today started working on the 11g, when i start logining into the rpd it says that i can login in read only, this is because the services are down, how can i do them to start again.

Please help me, and it would be greate appriciated if you could provide some docs - in the basis of dealing the weblogic and how to handle these.

very urgent.....
